Parte de mi aprendizaje en este nuevo fluir es entender y atender el equilibrio de mi "cajita de herramientas".
Voy descubriendo que se vacía y se llena con el compas de los días. Entonces paro, me pregunto y chequeo si necesito llenarla. Ya sea bajo el sol, una tarde de Netflix, o bailar sin sentido. O respirar profundo y escuchar esa canción que resuena. Darle espacio al pulso y al impulso.
Es bajarte de la rueda y animarte a elegir con que herramientas queres vivir.
En esta búsqueda de equilibrios, Anita me abrió las puertas de su Taller "El Remanso". Un espacio de encuentro y capacitación solidaria para jóvenes y niños.
Fui parte y testigo de como se comparten herramientas como la paciencia, la mirada y la alegría. Un te caliente, el abrazo y el respeto. El orden en el desorden, el cuidado y el oficio. El amor, el polvo y la luz.
Me di cuenta que Anita está llenando la cajita de herramientas de cada uno de ellos. Y me invadió una admiración y una gratitud enorme. Porque sin saberlo, ella también está llenando la mía.

Part of my learning in this new flow is to understand and attend to the balance of my "toolbox".
I am discovering that it empties and fills with the compass of the days. So I stop, ask myself and check if I need to fill it. Whether it's in the sun, an afternoon of Netflix, or mindless dancing. Or take a deep breath and listen to that song that resonates. Give space to pulse and impulse.

In this search for balance, Anita opened the doors of her workshop "El Remanso". A space for meeting and solidary training for young people and children.
I was part of and witnessed how tools such as patience, gaze and joy are shared. A hot tea, a hug and respect. Order in disorder, care and craft. The love, the dust and the light.
I realized that Anita is filling the toolbox of each one of them. Admiration and an enormous gratitude invade me. Because without knowing it, she is also filling mine.
