Gira a Lincoln junto con el Programa Liderar / Cuida la Bocha (el equipo LA GARDEL Nanci con los chicos del Barrio Carlos Gardel).

Medias rayadas, remeras rojas, la bandera con nombre propio "La Gardel". Emblemas visibles del orgullo de pertenecer a un equipo. De "acá estamos". Yessss!

Necesité investigar definiciones para ordenar lo que intuía mientras recorría mis fotos. ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre grupo y equipo?: "Un grupo es un conjunto de personas que coordinan sus esfuerzos, mientras que un equipo es un grupo de personas que comparten un objetivo común..." (acá más info si quieren).

Ese fin de semana en Lincoln, fui testigo de la necesidad y las ansias de "ser equipo" con objetivos comunes que den claridad y oportunidad a un camino con pocas salidas.

Ser equipo compartiendo el cuarto. Ser equipo prestando tus sábanas y ropa. Ser equipo buscando una llave. Ser equipo turnándose en las duchas. Ser equipo colgando la bandera cerca del arco. Ser equipo chiflando desde el lateral. Ser equipo para la mejor selfie. Ser equipo esperando tu turno. Ser equipo en el gol. Ser equipo atando los cordones. Ser equipo diciendo lo que pensas. Ser equipo mientras cruzas la calle. Ser equipo cuando pedís perdón. Ser equipo escuchando en la ronda. Ser equipo sabiendo que tu aporte es clave. Ser equipo cuando te equivocás. Ser equipo porque nos tenemos unos a otros. Ser equipo porque no todo es una mierda.

Entonces verlos con las medias rayadas, remeras rojas y la bandera es mucho más de lo que parece a simple vista. Porque es su manera de decirnos que si. Es su manera de comunicarnos que quieren; que si, aceptan; y que si necesitan la oportunidad de un camino vivido en "ser equipo".

Gracias como siempre a Cuida la Bocha por darme la oportunidad de seguir aprendiendo. Las quiero.

I needed to investigate definitions to order what I intuited while going through my photos. What is the difference between group and team?: "A group is a set of people who coordinate their efforts, while a team is a group of people who share a common goal..."

That weekend in Lincoln, I witnessed the need and desire to "be a team" with common goals that give faith and opportunity to a path that has few exits.

Being a team sharing the room. Being a team by lending your sheets and clothes. Being a team looking for a key. Being a team taking turns in the showers. Being a team by hanging the flag near the arch. Being a team whistling from the side. Be team for the best selfie. Being a team waiting your turn. Being a team in the goal. Be a team by tying the laces. Being a team saying what you think. Being a team while crossing the street. Being a team when you ask for forgiveness. Being a team listening in the round. Being a team knowing that your contribution is key. Being a team when you're wrong. Being a team because we have each other. Being a team because not everything is shit.

So seeing them with striped socks, red shirts and the flag is so much. Because it's their way of saying yes. It is their way of communicating what they want, that they accept and that they need the opportunity of a path lived in "be a team".
